The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) announced today the addition of Marquee Sports Network as an official broadcast partner of the 2025 APP Chicago Open. Live coverage from the upcoming APP Tour stop will air each day from August 28-31, marking the first-ever pickleball broadcasts on the iconic television home of the Chicago Cubs serving millions of viewers throughout Chicagoland and beyond.
“The APP Chicago Open is shaping up to be one of our largest broadcasts ever with the addition of Marquee Sports Network,” said Tom Webb, APP Chief Marketing Officer. “The APP was founded in Chicago and we continue to have deep roots in the area, so we’re thrilled to team up with such an iconic network to bring the world’s first and world’s best pickleball tour to the masses.”

Marquee Sports Network will air five hours of coverage on each day Aug. 28-30, as well as the opening gold medal match on Championship Sunday, Aug. 31. The complete Marquee Sports Network broadcast schedule for the 2025 APP Chicago Open is below:

- Friday, Aug. 29 | 1 – 6 pm ET
- Saturday, Aug. 30 | 1 – 6 pm ET
- Sunday, Aug. 31 | 1 – 2 pm ET
Pickleball’s elite professionals, plus hundreds of players of all ages and skill levels, will compete at Danny Cunniff Park and the brand-new Club Pickle & Padel in Highland Park, Ill. over five days of competition Aug. 27-31. Pro players will compete for their share of a $100,000 prize pool.
