Los Angeles-based psychotherapist, Lynn Ianni, has employed sports psychology in her theraputic practice as a way to be be present and live life to the fullest. After taking up pickleball and finding a local group to play with, Lynn finds herself using the sport to improve not only her own mental health, but that of those around her.
