On Wednesday, August 5th beginning at 7 p.m. check out the 2026 Shriners Children's Pro Invitational Chicago and watch some of the very best pickleball pros compete in a unique Pro Invitational format while raising money for life-changing care and support provided by Shriners Children's.

Then from August 6-9, don't miss the 2026 APP Vlasic Classic Chicago Benefiting Shriners Children's, featuring elite pro and amateur pickleball action! Not convinced? Read on for the top reasons not to miss this action.

New Fun Format, Same Great Cause

"The 2026 Shriners Children's APP Pro Invitational in Chicago is set and it's a great one to catch in person: Elite competition, fun format, be up close with some of the world’s top pros, and all for a good cause. You don’t want to miss it!" - APP Pro Susannah Barr

Experience the City

Chicago is an incredible area with so many things to do and see when the pickleball is done! For those traveling, don't sleep on the food, shopping and sightseeing Chicago has to offer. Navy Pier, Millennium Park and Skydeck Chicago at the Willis Tower are must-see tourist stops, while the Magnificent Mile is a shopper's paradise. For a little culture, check out the Art Institute of Chicago, one of the world's most renowned art museums. Before you head home, make sure to indulge in a Chicago-style dog and a deep-dish pizza.

Pickleball, DUH!

“Pickleball is 100% adrenaline…all you gotta do is try it!” - APP Pro Brandon Lane

Affordable Pro Sporting Event

Whether you're choosing the 2026 Shriners Children's Pro Invitational Chicago, the 2026 APP Vlasic Classic Chicago Benefiting Shriners Children's, or both (both is always the right choice), ticket costs are relatively inexpensive compared to most professional sports - make it an outing for the whole family!

The Next Big Thing

“To see high level competition, support your favorite players, and see new players make the podium." - APP Pro Shelby Bates

Everything Pickleball in Once Place

Been trying to get your friends into pickleball but finding it a challenge? Bring them to Danny Cunniff Park to watch the APP Tour and take the opportunity to explain the game, the rules, and meet other like-minded pickleball fanatics!

Chirping Pros? No Way

“Get closer to the action. You can hear more of the players feedback and chirping - makes it a lot more fun to be there in person. You can talk to the pros.  A lot of them are pretty friendly so if you ever want to ask for tips most of us don’t mind taking a few minutes to explain something.” - APP Pro Dusty Boyer

Pickleball Shoppers' Delight

Discover the newest in pickleball gear like paddles, apparel and shoes in the ever-popular Vendor Village, onsite at Danny Cunniff Park.

Live > TV

"Watching it on tv doesn’t do it justice versus watching pro pickleball in person. The ball is faster, shot-making is high-level, and hands battles look awesome when you’re right next to the court. Also, being part of the community - at the end of the day, it’s a social sport. You’re up close with pro players. You get to meet other people passionate about the game too."

Whatever your reason is, we hope to see you at Danny Cunniff Park August 5-9!
