Welcome to Miami: "This the type of town I could spend a few days in, Miami the city that keeps the roof blazin" - these words from the popular song couldn't have been more true for an eventful week in Miami. The real question is - who sang these words? 

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful: Judit Castillo made it look easy and breezy when she hit a casual but perfect Around the Post shot in the women's pro doubles bronze medal match. Castillo and her partner, Ewa Radzikowska eventually lost to Alix Truong and Mari Humberg, but that seeing-eye shot from Castillo ending up on SportsCenter's Top 5 was a win.

There is no "I" in Team: The Atlantic Cup tournament made it's debut in Miami, as the first-ever international team pickleball event. Team USA coach, Lee Whitwell, knows that team bonding is just as important as the training.

Gold Standard: The second USA Pickleball Golden Ticket event of the APP season saw more players punch their tickets to Nationals in November by winning their brackets. We are looking forward to making more pickleball dreams come true in our next three Golden Ticket events!

That 'Fit Though: Anyone who says pickleball isn't about the outfits is at least half lying. Just ask this guy, who gives a whole new meaning to the term "suit up."

You Can't Sit With Us: Chase brought the ultimate pickleball oasis to Miami, as this exclusive court-side lounge featured delicious eats, beverages, and the best seats in the house.

Frenemies: The Atlantic Cup competition may have created a rivalry between Team USA and Team Europe, but this little dance number suggests otherwise. Enemies on the court, but dance partners off of it! 

Stars and Stripes: After being down 4-2 going into the final day of competition, Team USA narrowly pulled out a victory over Team Europe by the final score of 5-4. The atmosphere around the first ever Atlantic Cup was supercharged and fans and players alike are looking forward to the next one! 

BFFL: These two besties didn't just make the finals, they came away with gold! Congrats to Milan Rane and Jorja Johnson, who won the women's pro doubles title on Championship Sunday.

Storm Warning: There was a category five alert for gold on Sunday as Hurricane Tyra Black and her mixed pro doubles partner, Dylan Frazier, pulled out a convincing win to take home the championship trophy.

Dubs All Around: JW Johnson and Dylan Frazier plowed through a stacked men's pro doubles bracket to win the championship on Sunday. Will we be seeing more of this power duo?

Fudge Yeah: Megan Fudge dominated the Championship Sunday conversations, as she played for the title in all three events, coming away with gold in women's pro singles, and silver in both mixed and women's pro doubles, with Andrei Daescu and Susannah Barr respectively. After celebrating her wedding anniversary with husband Ryler DeHeart on Saturday, and DeHeart winning a silver in men's pro doubles with Will Howells, there is a lot of celebrating going on in that household!

S-M-I-L-E: At the end of the day, whether you win or lose, it's all about having fun and there was PLENTY of that on display at this week at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Pickleball for the win!
